Through the merger, Relatient will add Radix Health's suite of cutting-edge, enterprise-grade patient access solutions to its existing platform to continue to optimize provider schedules, increase patient satisfaction and improve outcomes for healthcare organizations.Relatient is looking for a talented Sr. Director of IT Operations to join our dynamic team. The Sr. Director of IT Operations is responsible for developing and executing the strategic direction, vision and leadership of Relatient's security information program and enterprise IT. This role is a key member of the IT Leadership team. The role is responsible for leading staff and service providers in the design, development and delivery of enterprise IT infrastructure including computer infrastructure, network/telecom services, security tooling, systems engineering, and end-user support. The Sr. Director works closely with all areas of the business to manage risk and ensure compliance to information security and audit requirements and plays a critical role in overall disaster recovery and business continuity efforts. The Sr. Director of IT Operations delivers executive guidance and direction to peers and staff members to manage assets and ensure standards set by Executive Leadership are followed. The role will ensure projects and services are properly managed and aligned with internal plans and business objectives support the overall strategy and priorities of the company. Responsibilities:Security and Risk ManagementResponsible for the strategic leadership of Relatient's information security program.Provide guidance and counsel to the Executive team in defining objectives for information security to manage risk within the organization.Establish annual and long-range security and compliance goals, define security strategies, metrics, reporting mechanisms and program services; and create maturity models and a roadmap for continual program improvements.Lead Incident Response and Business Continuity programs. Convene a Security Incident Response Team (SIRT) as needed, or requested, in addressing and investigating security incidences that arise. Provide leadership for breach response and notification actions.Implement and administer security tooling to protect the company against threats - e.g. SIEM, AV, DLP, Vulnerability Scanning, code scanning, EDR, email protection.Represent Relatient in the sales process for customers including RFP responses and security questionnaires. Establish vendor management and security standards for subcontractors. Stay abreast of information security issues and regulatory changes. Engage in professional development to maintain continual growth in professional skills and knowledge essential to the position.Policy, Compliance and AuditEstablish programs to assure that Relatient is meeting regulatory requirements including HIPAA. Perform a comprehensive risk analysis of ePHI within the organization and establish a risk management program.Lead efforts to internally assess, evaluate and make recommendations to management regarding the adequacy of security controls.Coordinate and track all information technology and security related audits. Work with auditors as appropriate to keep audit focus in scope, maintain excellent relationships with audit entities and provide a consistent perspective.Obtain and maintain industry standard certifications and audits as driven by business requirements and need. - e.g., HITRUST, SOC2, PCI.Enterprise network and supportLead teams responsible for enterprise productivity tools (Office 365, telephony, printers, computers, servers, VPN, etc.)Establish secure computing practices to protect dataEstablish annual and long-range goals, define infrastructure strategies, metrics, reporting mechanisms and program services; and create maturity models and a roadmap for continual program improvements.Assure that the infrastructure meets Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity objectives..

10 to 15 years of work experience in IT leadership including direct responsibility for security and risk management in a healthcare focused environment.Proven track record of managing compliance programs (HITRUST, PCI, SOC2)Demonstrated depth of technology knowledge across multiple areas including prior experience in public cloud environmentsPrior experience in mergers and acquisitions with a focus on integrations.Strong organizational leadership and communications Prior experience managing operational and capital budgetsMaintain active professional security certifications - CISSP, CISA, CISM, etc. Graduate level degree in Business or Technology preferredAbout RelatientFounded in 2014, our offices are located in historic Franklin and Cookeville, TN, and include a casual, dynamic work environment with a spirit of innovation and growth.
