Finance team. This is a tremendous opportunity for anyone looking

well-versed in accounting principles, have a strong work ethic,
apply attention to detail, and demonstrate a knowledge of technical
and operational accounting and finance functions. The most
successful candidate would have a strong public accounting
background and experience managing workflow in an organized,
efficient, and productive manner.This position is a hybrid role
allowing for in-office team collaboration along with some remote

problems in healthcare!ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIESResponsibilities:Process cash receipts; perform
bank depositsProcess accounts payable, including reconciliation of
credit card chargesPrepare monthly invoices; coordinate collections
effortsReconcile all bank accounts at month-endPost monthly
accruals, amortization of prepaid expenses, fixed assets
depreciation and recording of adjusting and reclassification
journal entries to prepare for month-end closeUpdate financial data
in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and
immediately available when neededPrepare documentation in response
to audit requests; research and answer questionsAct as first point
of contact for accounting issues and questionsPrepare and process
1099s at year-endAssess and file personal property taxesResearch
and assess sales tax as appropriate; prepare tax filings.Performs
other duties as assigned, including ad hoc reporting and
analysisKeys to success in this position include:Ability to juggle
many tasks, prioritize, and problem-solveStrong
communication/relationships with co-workers and customersExcellent
organizational abilities and attention to detailBASIC
QUALIFICATIONSEducation:Bachelor's degree in
AccountingExperience:5+ years' experience in accounting or related
field; public accounting experience preferredKnowledge and
Skills:Broad understanding of accounting and financial reporting
principles and practicesProficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word,
PowerPoint, Outlook); strong proficiency in ExcelProficiency in
standard accounting systems (QuickBooks Online experience a
plus)Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with the
ability to clearly communicate issues to all levels of
managementAbility to take direction, while owning specific
