Greenway Kia Franklin is looking to hire an experienced Automotive Accounting Clerk to help with the daily activities in the accounting office. This individual's work history must exhibit the necessary skill set to handle the day to day accounting processes including inventory, receivables, accounts payable, posting deals and reconciling schedules.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year experience in automotive accounting office. Must have strong administrative and organizational skills, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, strong computer skills, and a working knowledge of the industry.
CDK software experiences a MAJOR PLUS!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintains procedures for managing office files and records
• Helps with vehicle inventory control and maintains accurate records
  • Provides timely and accurate reports as required
    • Provides administrative assistance as needed
      • Follows all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes
        • Performs other duties as assigned
          • Ensure all wholesales are processed timely and accurately
            
            QUALIFICATIONS:
            
            • Minimum 1 year of automotive accounting experience preferred
              • Working knowledge of CDK software a plus
                • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff
                  • Strong organization skills, able to multi-task, and can manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
                  • Manages inbound communication, such as phone calls and messages, e-mails, and letters
                    • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
                      • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
                        • Highly professional and dependable
                          • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the internet
                            • Experienced with business applications, including payroll, scheduling, and accounting software
