The Financial Advisor is a permanent opportunity with an onsite schedule.

Responsibilities:Develop and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their financial goals and providing tailored advice.Create and implement comprehensive financial plans, including investment strategies, retirement planning, estate planning, and risk management.Monitor and manage client portfolios, ensuring alignment with their financial objectives and risk tolerance.Stay informed about market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.Collaborate with internal teams, including research, compliance, and operations, to deliver exceptional client service.Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the firm's client base.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree or certification (e.g., CFP, CFA, CPA) is required.Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial advisory or wealth management roles, with a focus on high-net-worth clients.Proven track record of client acquisition and retention, with a demonstrated ability to grow a book of business.Deep knowledge of financial planning principles, investment management, and tax strategies.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.Proficiency in financial planning software, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite.
