Director of Financial Reporting We're looking for an experienced interim Director of Financial Reporting to assist with SEC reporting (Specifically Form 10-Q and 10-K generation.) Experience working in Workiva is highly preferred but not required. This is a project-based role anticipated to last anywhere from 3 to 9 months depending on availability and fit. Immediate need! Great opportunity to jump in and make an impact! Start as soon as Wednesday July 2. Key Tasks and Responsibilities Oversee preparation, analysis, and reporting of financial statements while ensuring accuracy and compliance Preparation and review of forms 10-Q and 10-K Heavily assist with Quarter End Close Manage financial data utilizing Workiva (Workiva is the main reporting tool) Ensure all data in Workiva database is organized appropriately Generate Earnings release Generate Financial Data Report Required Qualifications Bachelors in Accounting and 5-7 years' minimum experience Experience with SEC Reporting Workiva experience is highly desired but will accept experience in major financial reporting platforms. Workiva is similar to Excel - RR Donnelly or Blackline Public experience required Real Estate investment trust experience, or Healthcare experience a major plus CPA would be a plus Collaborative and Communicative Makes decisions but understands when to ask questions INJUN2025 ZRCFS
