Office Administrator/ Mail Clerk
Department: Human Resources
Reports to: Office Manager

Job Description:

The Office Administrator is a support position to the duties and responsibilities of the Office
Manager. This role's primary responsibility at this time will be effective sending and receiving of
the mail for all of the Wesley companies. This will require a keen sense of details. You will also
assist with light HR duties and other tasks as assigned. This role is heavy on communication
and requires excellent people skills!
The Office Administrator handles a variety of administrative responsibilities. These
responsibilities include but are not limited to:

--- Light administrative support for the Human Resources department and office, as
--- Sort and distribute mail to various departments.
--- Answer emails and internal message boards in a timely manner.
--- Keep the office tidy and clean.
--- Assisting HR with any overflow tasks related to office projects.
--- PR Kit processing: Review, print, label and ship.
--- Escort individuals or vendors in/out of the building as needed.
--- Assist IT with printing labels as requested.
--- Accept and pick-up deliveries.
--- Keep the kitchen and coffee bar stocked at all times.
--- Oversee that all workspace is cleared and ready for individuals to work in the space.
--- Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Key Skills and Proficiencies:
--- Office administration experience is preferred.
--- Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word,
Excel, PowerPoint and /or Google Sheets, Google Docs.
--- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
--- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
--- Excellent written and communication skills.
--- Responsible team player.
--- Effective communicator.
--- Ability to work independently.
--- Resourceful.
--- Ability to lift 25-50lbs.
