Schedules appointments appropriately2. Provides patients with reminder calls3. Answers phone politely and within 4 rings4. Coordinates between vendors and the physician5. Provides patients with info on HIPPA and insures compliance6. Maintains current patient information7. Provides simple medical advice under the direction of the nurse/physician8. Follows proper lifting techniques to prevent back injury9. Maintains patient records10. Makes front desk deposits and maintains petty cash11. Insures patients are informed of changes in office policies12. Delegates incoming faxes and scans patient paperwork/records daily13.
