Enexor BioEnergy is a privately funded startup located in Franklin, Tennessee manufacturing a unique new technology that converts organic waste into clean energy for commercial, industrial and institutional customers. This individual will contribute to existing marketing programs, while assisting with the development of new initiatives aligned with company goals. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, advertising, branding, digital marketing, and social media. The marketing coordinator must be an organized multitasker able to handle many diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines. Exceptional recent graduates with minimal experience will also be considered.We need someone that wants to do great things and thrives in an early stage company environment. You will work side-by-side with the Enexor leadership team and interact with all major customers. You need to be creative and take great pride in everything you produce, and pick up new tasks quickly. We are more focused on finding the right person, then just years of experience.Objectives of this Role * Assist in the development and implementation of the company's brand strategy.* Constantly improve company marketing materials.* Help develop company marketing videos.* Manage social media strategy and communications.* Oversee Google Adwords, Facebook and LinkedIn marketing efforts.* Maintain current content on websites.* Create professional proposal templates.* Support the maintenance and development of internal tools, including our proposal and CRM systems* Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring program success* Manage trade show activities and setup.Skills And Requirements* Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or equivalent.* Strong time management and prioritization skills.* Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills* Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint.* Working knowledge of graphic design/layout software like InDesign.Preferred Qualifications* A great eye for developing excellent graphics.* Photography skills.* Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools* Working knowledge of HTML and design and email software.BenefitsHealth insurance allowance, 401K matching, ownership incentives.
