Job Description:
Our client, a leader in facility management and maintenance
services, is seeking a Facilities Technician 2 to join their team.
As a Facilities Technician 2, you will be part of the maintenance
department supporting the operations team. The ideal candidate will
demonstrate reliability, problem-solving skills, and a proactive
attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job
Title: Maintenance Mechanic Location: Franklin , TN Pay Range:
65-75K Shift: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm or 7am-4pm, with an hour of
unpaid lunch What's the Job? Perform ongoing preventive and repair
work orders on facility mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other
installed systems, equipment, and components Conduct assigned
facility inspections and report on conditions affecting client
occupancy and operations Execute general interior maintenance tasks
including hanging pictures, installing keyboard trays, repairing
office furniture systems, and doors Assist operations teams in
building and equipment maintenance and repair efforts as directed
by management Replace lighting and ballasts, clean HVAC coils,
change filters and belts to maintain optimal system performance
What's Needed? High school diploma or equivalent education Minimum
of 1-3 years of applicable experience in general building repair
and maintenance, basic plumbing, and electrical work Valid state
driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift up to
80 lbs and climb up to 30 ft ladders safely Strong customer service
