Job Description:
Lee Company is seeking a Facility Solutions Consultant to join
our dynamic team of industry experts in the southeastern United
States. This role will focus on delivering exceptional mechanical
services and solutions, specializing in HVAC, plumbing, and
electrical systems tailored to meet and exceed client expectations.
As a Facility Solutions Consultant, you will evaluate client needs,
develop customized maintenance and installation plans, and ensure
that all services are executed with the highest standards of
quality and safety. Your expertise will help maintain Lee Companys
reputation as a leader in the facilities industry, driving customer
satisfaction and facilitating business growth. Conduct detailed
assessments of client’s existing facilities and systems to identify
improvement opportunities. Develop comprehensive maintenance and
installation plans that align with client needs and industry
standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate
seamless implementation of services. Ensure compliance with all
safety, quality, and regulatory requirements during project
execution. Provide expert advice and consultation to clients on the
latest industry trends and technologies. Manage project
documentation, including contracts, proposals, and performance
reports. Lead training and development sessions for clients and
internal teams on system maintenance and upgrades. Strong technical
knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Excellent
analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in project
management software and tools. Superb interpersonal and
communication skills. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple
projects simultaneously. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision

Professional (CMRP) preferred. Project Management Professional
(PMP) certification is a plus.
