Our family owned and operated company is currently seeking a Commercial Door Installer to join our team! The Commercial Door Installer position is expected to install and repair doors and hardware on commercial sites. This position is scheduled Monday -Friday 6am – 3:30pm. Job Responsibilities Measures, marks, and arranges materials to established layout based on blueprints or instructions from supervisors Uses various hand and power tools to securely install doors. Ensures the accuracy of work by checking completed projects with tools such as levels or framing squares; corrects problems as needed. Adheres to local building and safety codes and guidelines. Track progress through detailed end of day reporting Coordinate with project manager and onsite customer contact(s) to ensure project completion and satisfaction are met. Performs other related duties as assigned Requirements Ability to understand directions and read blueprints Ability to properly care for and use tools of the trade. Thorough understanding of carpentry principles and methods Works well as part of a team.
