except for licensed trades like electrical and HVAC. This approach

room to grow. Job Description The Construction/ Remodeler will
perform skilled trades work on residential renovation projects.
This role involves hands-on tasks such as carpentry, drywall
installation, painting, flooring, and other remodeling activities.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, takes pride in their craft,
and works well as part of a team to achieve outstanding results for
homeowners. Key Responsibilities Construction and Renovation Work :
Perform various remodeling tasks, including framing, installing
drywall, painting, flooring, and cabinetry installation. Assist
with demolition work as needed, ensuring proper disposal of debris.
Material Handling : Measure, cut, and install building materials
with precision and care. Use hand and power tools safely and
effectively to complete tasks. Quality Craftsmanship : Ensure all
work is completed to company quality standards and customer
satisfaction. Pay close attention to detail and follow project
specifications. Safety and Maintenance : Follow all safety
protocols on job sites, wearing appropriate personal protective
equipment (PPE). Maintain tools and equipment in good working
condition. Collaboration : Work closely with team members to
complete projects on time and within scope. Take direction from
supervisors or project leads as required. Qualifications 2 Proven
experience in residential remodeling or construction work.
Proficiency in a variety of trades, such as carpentry, painting,
tiling, and drywall installation. Drywall and Cabinetry/finish
experience is a PLUS! Familiarity with using hand tools, power
tools, and measuring equipment. Ability to read and interpret basic
blueprints or project plans is a plus. Strong attention to detail
and commitment to producing high-quality work. Physical ability to
lift and move heavy materials (up to [weight limit, e.g., 50 lbs])
and work in various positions (e.g., kneeling, climbing ladders).
Reliable transportation to job sites and a valid driver's license.
