Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to provide specialized
support within an elementary school setting in Madison, WV. This
travel assignment spans from October 5 to May 27, 2021, offering
the opportunity to work 3 to 4 days per week in a district
currently operating under a hybrid model. The caseload focuses on
students from preschool through grade 5, providing direct, on-site
therapy rather than itinerant services. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver speech and language therapy to elementary-aged students
(PreK5) Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment
plans, and implement evidence-based therapy Collaborate with
teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress
Maintain thorough documentation and data tracking for student
progress Participate in meetings and professional development as
needed Desired Qualifications: Valid state license and
certification as an SLP, including consideration for SLP Clinical
Fellows Experience working with pediatric populations in school
settings is preferred Ability to work within a hybrid instructional
environment effectively Strong communication and organizational
skills Willingness to travel and adapt to district requirements
