Job Title: Training Specialist 2 Location: Nashville, Tennessee
Duration:12Months Job Description: Bachelor's degree in
corrections, criminal justice, or related field preferred, but not
required. Previous experience in law enforcement, corrections, or
related field is highly preferred. Previous experience in creating
training content is highly preferred. Above average proficiency in
MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel is required. Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with
internal stakeholders and outside professionals. Ability to
consistently meet performance deadlines. Demonstrated ability to
develop training curriculum, training content, and points of
instruction.
