Job Description:
Job Summary: Hands-on Quality Assurance Engineer will be part of
the Quality Engineering Organization ensuring the quality of our
Products. You will act as a Quality Guardian responsible for
devising test strategy, plan, execution & reporting. You will be
responsible for developing and executing a multifaceted testing
approach including functional/system, integration, services/APIs,
end to end, exploratory and regression. You will have the
opportunity to improve and standardize QA testing process and
workflow to best suit Relatient's needs Requirements:
- BS degree or equivalent in computer science or related
field
- 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance covering
the aspects of Test Automation, performance testing and security
testing
- Must have hands-on experience with the following technologies -
Java, Selenium, Appium, SQL, JSON, MYSQL, JavaScript, CSS and
HTML.
- Must have strong foundation on web protocols and hands-on
experience on API/Services testing, using tools such as SOAP UI,
Postman etc.
- Ability to understand, implement and enhance latest Test
automation frameworks- using any 2 of the mentioned test automation
tools: Cypress.io, Selenium-Protractor, Cucumber, or
equivalent
- Experience with cross browser testing tools such as Lambdatest,
SauceLabs, or Browerstack
- Well versed in database SQL, and able to write basic SQL to
verify data in the database
- Must have hands-on experience working in Cloud environment- AWS
or any other cloud environments
- Exceptional Problem Solving and interpersonal skills,
communication skills (written and verbal), attention to detail
- Any prior experience with .php, mySQL, Perl, Node is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Participate in sprint and project planning and execute on
project commitments.
- Develop test strategies and test suites using various testing
methodologies and tools available
- Thoroughly analyze and understand software requirement, design
and define test cases and scenarios for the requirements.
- Ensure the appropriate testing methodology is implemented,
including functional / unit testing, regression testing, browser
compatibility testing, stress / performance testing, mobile
testing, pass / failure testing and post release validation (smoke)
testing for web and back office systems
- Work as an integral member of the Quality Engineering team
collaborating with product, engineering and other business units to
testing and releasing software in an agile environment
- Collaborate closely with developers, product owner, and other
team members to make sure stories acceptance criteria is
consistently understood across the team; lead test cases review to
gain a common understanding of acceptance criteria
- Enhance automation framework, create, maintain, and execute
automated test scripts
- Responsible for Automation coverage - Regression and In-sprint
for the product supported and integrating it with CI/CD pipeline
enabling Continuous Testing.
- Work directly with business stakeholders and develop subject
matter expertise.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required,

during normal business hours; additional hours may be required to
