Job Description:

What will you do? Lead and develop a Team of Logistics Engineering Solution, Technology, Data and Monitoring Experts. Drive performance by establishing a culture of innovation, collaboration, inclusion and well-being. Collaborate with Customer Delivery, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain Performance, PMO and Schneider Digital on project planning and expert resource staffing requirements to deliver (design, train test, deploy and support) systems enhancements, integration, new technologies, automation, digital tools, monitoring and master data accuracy. Optimize and govern regional WMS (Manhattan, Oracle and 3PL) to improve quality and operational efficiency. Maintain WMS master data accuracy and partner with ERP Master Data teams to establish robust data governance (including KPIs and data quality checks) is in place for Material Master, Inventory and Transportation. Collaborate with SE Digital on a RACI for all Logistics systems and technology support, clearly define and communicate service agreements, issue resolution processes, root cause analysis for system related issues and corrective actions. Ensure hardware and technology (RF, Printing, Material Handling...) are operational and in compliance with global supplier standards and are cyber secure. Support Transportation and Warehouse solutions, including master data, monitoring, maintenance, end user training and enhancements. Lead NAM Logistics e2e Monitoring Program (including all inbound, inventory, order release, outbound and transportation transactions). Execute daily monitoring and corrective actions to maintain system integrity and synchronization of transactional data across WMS and ERP platforms. Drive monitoring automation and connect with global support teams leverage tools and best practices. Partner with Supply Chain Performance to implement and support Analytics, KPIs and Digital solutions including dashboarding and reporting. Monitor applications and support integration with ERPs. Provide data extracts to support KPIs and non-conformance investigations. Order release optimization, provide daily DC line release forecasts and use systems tools and data to level load releases. Update system calendars, manage manual order release, change customer release schedules to increase level loading. Collaborate with global Logistics and Supply Chain peers to share and copy best practices Represent NAM on global systems and technology communities including GSC Information Systems (GSC.IS) What qualifications will make you successful? Experienced in leading and developing a high performing team. Have a passion for development with a focus on early career talent and digital competencies Have 5+ Years of experience with ERP and Supply Chain Systems, Data and messaging. Experience with 3PL and ERP solution integration including idocs, interface and EDI Familiar with Logistics and Transportation processes Able to delivery automated solutions and advanced visualization dashboards to animate KPIs Able to facilitate cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement to supply chain and logistics processes that enhance, standardize, simplify and digitize Experienced in IT Project Management with strong priority and task management Initiative to uncover and solve problems proactively (using root cause analysis and continuous improvement methods) Self-directed, proactive and able to work directly with stakeholders, peers and end users to find opportunities for improvement, solve complex issues and remove operational constraints.
