Lee Company is seeking a dedicated General Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team, providing top-tier facilities maintenance and repair services across the southeastern United States. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on expertise with a commitment to ensuring operational efficiency and client satisfaction. This temporary position offers a pathway to permanent employment for the right individual, and is a great opportunity to work within a variety of settings, applying and expanding skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general repair tasks. Perform routine maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other systems to ensure optimal operating results Record work done, time spent, and parts used in maintenance logs and reports for efficiency tracking Promptly respond to service calls and emergency repair requests Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations Inspect and organize maintenance inventory regularly and requisition supplies as needed Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to ensure the smooth operation of all systems Proactively identify potential maintenance issues and recommend preventive action plans Proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills Ability to handle tools and machinery safely Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Basic computer literacy for maintaining digital logs Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Optional but preferred: Certification in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or other relevant fields Valid driver’s license and capability to travel to different sites as needed
