(ACH) and Archer Daniels Midland (ADM). Manufacturing facilities
are located in Dallas and Houston, TX; Decatur and Quincy, IL;
Englewood and Hillside, NJ; Fresno, CA; Nashville, TN; and

capable of meeting our business goals. Job Description The purpose
of the Corporate Programming Manager is to provide leadership of
Stratas programmers and provide IT/OT support to all Stratas
production facilities. The support of Stratas' production
facilities is to assist in equipment improvement initiatives and
continuous improvement at each facility. This position is expected
to be a contributor to Stratas Foods by supporting the technical
development of new and existing processes and packaging equipment.
With leadership from the immediate manager, this position will
assist in standardizing IT/OT processes and procedures for Stratas'
production facilities. Travel and fill in/supplement when a Stratas
location requires short-term Engineering/Programming assistance
Manage and direct plant programmers at all Stratas production
facilities. Projects will range from large to small capital, plant
improvement, continuous improvement initiatives, sustainability,
maintenance, and standardization of processes. Lead effort in
Standardizing Automation processes throughout Stratas. Assist in
writing SOPs and checklists as necessary to drive improvements.
Lead efforts on sustainability projects by capturing all projects
and helping implement these ideas across each facility. Run
projects from ideation to completion. Position requires 30%-50%
travel and could require up to 70% Draw conclusions and make
recommendations regarding packaging and process improvements.
Assist with configuring, monitoring, and maintaining process and
business network equipment in plants. Main point of contact between
Corporate IT and Process IT. Main point of contact for plant
required IT and PLC Equipment. Perform duties as assigned by the
Technical Director. Collaborate closely with onsite teams and
participate in onsite meetings to drive departmental objectives
Competencies: Analytical Skills - Excellent analytical skills and
problem-solving skills. Computer skills – Have demonstrated
excellent skills specifically related to engineering, preferably in
controls programming or troubleshooting. Problem Solving - Good
problem-solving skills through team and individual efforts .
Communication - Excellent oral and written communication skills
with proven ability to work well with people. Qualifications
Education: This position requires a degree in engineering or
equivalent experience Related Experience: 5-10 years of project
management and leadership experience required. Experience leading a
centralized center-of-excellence function preferred. Working
knowledge in personal computers (Microsoft software necessary,
Project management, Microsoft Project preferred) and basic
understanding with Allen Bradley PLC. Knowledge of CMMS such as MP2
is a plus. Must have good working knowledge of general PC systems.
Equipment/Software Skills: PLC Controls Microsoft Office Additional
Information Physical: This position will require employees to walk
up stairways and be able to be in the field standing for long
periods of time (2 to 4 hours at a time) Sensory: Ability to hear,
see, speak, smell and touch well is necessary to perform basic
essential task Mental Reasoning: Basic problem solving skills will
