Perform welding, calibration, and other technical tasks. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Use hand tools and power tools effectively. Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards. Skills and Experience Needed: Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Experience with hand tools, welding, calibration, and reading blueprints. Ability to diagnose and repair various types of industrial equipment. Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures. Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team. Flexibility to work extended hours as needed. Experience Level Entry Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Decatur, AL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
