You’ll receive training and guidance from experienced Process Technicians as you learn the ropes — and eventually take the lead on setups yourself. Key Responsibilities: Assist with mold and die changeovers under the guidance of a Process Technician Learn to perform machine startups, adjustments, and preventive maintenance tasks Ensure product quality using gauges and measuring tools (training provided) Maintain accurate production counts and follow safety procedures Ideal Candidate Has: Mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn Basic understanding of hand tools, fasteners, and mechanical parts Dependability and a positive, team-oriented attitude Desire to grow into a more advanced technical role About Aladdin Temp-Rite Aladdin Temp-Rite has been the trusted leader in meal delivery systems for healthcare foodservice for over 50 years.
