Job Description:
Monte Sano Research Corporation (MSRC) is a Huntsville-based
Small Business specializing in providing full-spectrum defense
system engineering, research, design, development, integration,
test, evaluation, and planning services to the U.S. Government. Our

full-time Image Processing Engineer to join our missile guidance
integration and test team. Job Description: Specify and procure an
embedded processor; interface the embedded processor to an IR
seeker. Develop real-time, embedded image processing algorithms for
an IR-guided seeker program. Support missile guidance and
Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL) development, integration, simulation,
and testing. Develop IR seeker models and compare simulation
predictions versus HWIL test results. Support real-time open-loop
and closed-loop testing with the scene generation, projector, and
seeker. Develop test plans, test procedures, and test reports to
document seeker performance. Education: 5 years of relevant
experience. BS degree in a STEM field required. MS or PhD degree in
a STEM field desired. Required Qualifications: 5 years of relevant
experience in embedded image processing desired. Experience with
ImageJ, RPH, and/or other image processing toolsets. Intermediate
to expert level programming skills. Additional Requirements:
Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen. Candidate must currently possess
