Job Description:
Program Manager- BMA Lead MDA Capstone Research Corporation is
seeking to expand our team. Capstone Research Corporation is

Navy, Air Force, Marines, and Missile Defense Agency (MDA).

package. We have an immediate opening for a Project Manager
responsible for executing the oversight of the Battle Management
Efforts for the Missile Defense Agency. This will be a high
visibility position for Capstone Corporation with a significant
opportunity for growth. Salary based on relative experience and
education. Key Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day execution of
multiple BMA projects and across a broad base of DoD, Agency, and
Internal Customers. Develop, execute, and maintain integrated
program and product-line execution plans, including schedules,
milestones, risks, and associated budget requirements for battle
management tool development and testing. Execute and refine the BMA
strategy by translating strategic objectives into actionable
product-line roadmaps, release plans, and capability maturation
plans, in coordination with other BMA developers. Contribute to
software development of BMA algorithms, simulations, and analysis
tools. Direct and coordinate cross-functional technical teams
(engineers, analysts, developers, SMEs) in the development,
integration, execution, and sustainment of BMA products and
analyses. Interface with Senior stakeholders, executives, and
high-level government customers. Build and maintain long-term
relationships, support business development activities, and
identify opportunities to expand BMA and Engage Coordination
capabilities, product reuse, and follow-on work. Develop, manage,
and monitor detailed spend plans, including burn-rate tracking,
variance analysis, and corrective action recommendations. Ensure
transition of engineering algorithms and analysis capabilities into
production-quality software products, including versioning, and
configuration management. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree
in engineering or related field. Minimum of 12 years of relevant
experience and 3 years of program / project management experience
in Government or industry roles, e.g., Program Manager, Project
Manager, Lead Engineer, or other roles that demonstrate a thorough
understanding of the program development lifecycle. Experience
managing cost-plus and/or hybrid contract types and coordinating
funding across multiple task orders or customers. Agile, SAFe, or
software program management experience is highly desirable.
Technical familiarity with MS&A and digital engineering
environments, such as: MBSE tools (e.g., SysML-based modeling
environments) Physics-based, mission-level, or campaign-level
simulations Software development lifecycle for modeling and
simulation tools Data analysis, visualization, and verification &
validation (V&V) concepts Live-Virtual-Constructive (LVC)
integration environments Preferred: Master's degree in engineering,
computer science, related field, or equivalent related experience
PMP, PgMP, or other relevant degrees or certifications are highly
desirable Five (5) years of DoD program / project management
experience In-depth knowledge of government contracting,
procurement processes, and compliance requirements. Strong
leadership, strategic thinking, and communication and coordination
skills are essential. Experience managing cost-plus and/or hybrid
contract types and coordinating funding across multiple task orders
or customers. Experience using Python, Matlab, and C++ Active
Secret Clearance
