What You Will Be Doing
The Security Engineer performs an evaluation of security products
against the Common Criteria standards. This includes consulting in
the development of a product's security design, authoring security
documentation, evaluating product designs, and testing products.
With a wide range of product technologies you will gain access to
detailed proprietary information, interaction with international
product development teams, and in depth technical assessment.
What You Need for this Position
Must Have:- Qualified and successful candidates will have at least
3+ years of experience working extensively within cybersecurity.-
Multiple of the following: experience implementing and maintaining
information security technologies, such as: IDS/IPS, malware
prevention, end-point protection, multi-factor authentication,
security information and event management (SIEM), web content
filtering, encryption, network access control (NAC), data loss
prevention (DLP), firewall administration and vulnerability
scanners.At Least 3 Years of experience and knowledge of:Product
evaluations against the Common Criteria standardSecurity
documentation authoringCryptographic and Public Key Infrastructure
testingDevice specific operational testingPresentations and
workshops with customersMaintain/improve technical knowledgeLearn
and use various IT tools used in performing security
evaluationsPerform related duties as
directedQualificationsUniversity Degree (Equivalent to a Bachelor's
degree), preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology,
Electrical Engineering, Software, Security or a technically related
discipline)Demonstrated ability to communicate technically both
verbally and in writingAble to quickly learn and adapt to various
technical environmentsKnowledge of computing systems, designs and
security principlesExperience setting up networks and familiarity
with subnets and routing.Knowledge of common security related
protocols and their design (i.e. ssh, IPsec, TLS, etc.)Must be able
to travel 10-30 % Nice to Haves:Software development
experienceKnowledge of cryptographic algorithmsKnowledge of Common
CriteriaVulnerability Analysis and/or penetration testing
experience/expertiseSecurity certifications (CISSP, CCNA,
