Join the team that is ensuring one person- one identity.Job Summary:The Sr. Manager, Partner Acquisition, is responsible for managing a team of individuals charged with locating and securing local, statewide, regional and nationwide partners for the Partnerships Department of IDEMIA. The Sr. Manager is responsible for the performance of all partner acquisition department functions including monitoring and providing analysis to ensure appropriate staffing levels. The Sr Manager will work closely with other business units, including operations, training, deployment, program management and marketing to ensure the needs of our internal and external customers and our contractual obligations are met in a timely professional manner. They will estimate profit and loss based on negotiated and existing contractual arrangements and provide data to management for decision making. The Sr. Manager will ensure that best pricing and contract terms are negotiated and that contracts are fully executed. They will continuously monitor requirements, progress and costs at existing sites and negotiate lower rates when possible. The Sr. Manager, Partner Acquisition will administer partner surveys and results for regular reporting and analysis. They will track end dates and contract language to ensure IDEMIA and partners are compliant. The Sr. Manager will draft communications to keep existing partners informed of new programs, services and products. They will initiate partner retention efforts as applicable and provide termination letters for legal review if partner is non-compliant and ensure receipt and follow through. This individual will manage the high level relationships with our partners and implement processes and communications to increase partner retention and foster positive business relationships.Essential Job Functions (includes but is not limited to):Manage--all activities associated with timely identifying and securing cost effective partnersManage various administrative functions and tasks for the existing partner network such as partner communication, relationship management and process change management.Deliver professional sales presentations to potential partner organizations with the ability to persuade and close business.Monitor completion of site surveys and work with partner to ensure ADA and contractual requirements are metAt the direction of Sr. leadership, promote IDEMIA business initiatives to new audiences and partners.Support development and implementation of partnership strategy to increase the reach and impact of our ongoing efforts in advancing IDEMIA's focus areas.Create and maintain partner account plans.Develop systems and procedures in support of identification, engagement, and development of new partnerships.Provide profit and loss estimates, reports and analysisNegotiate rates and terms with potential and existing partnersAudit and approve invoices for accuracyIdentify cost savings opportunities and implement actions to achieve best pricingDevelop and maintain site listings, records and spreadsheetResearch trends, competition and funding sources to strategically drive IDEMIA's bid pipelineRemain informed and initiate contract requirement changes with partner network as applicable.Lead and participate in meetings and conference callsNote: In addition to the Essential Functions, also performs similar work-related duties as assigned.
