Job Description SummaryThis position is for a bid and any offer
is dependent upon the award of the contract to Maximus. The project
is located in Franklin, Tenn., however the position will be remote
to begin due to the pandemic. Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain required Investment
Management document (if required).- Create and execute project work
plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and
requirements.- Identify resources needed and assign individual
responsibilities.- Develop and maintain a master and individual
resource plan for projects.- Track and report Level of Effort (LoE)
hours on a weekly basis.- Baseline all projects and capture actual
metrics for historical metrics and LoE forecasting.- Manage
day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.- Review
deliverables prepared by team before providing to management and
customers.- Effectively apply the PMI methodology and enforce
project standards on all projects.- Prepare for engagement reviews
and quality assurance procedures.- Minimize risk exposure on
projects.- Communicate relevant project information to management,
stakeholders, and customers.- Resolve and/or escalate issues within
a reasonable amount of time taking in consideration impact on the
project.- Ensure project documents are complete, current, and
stored appropriately.- Track and maintain lessons learned and
utilize lessons learned on subsequent projects.- Ensure all
projects are properly closed out.Minimum Requirements:- Bachelor's
degree with 7+ years of project management experience.- Delivers
multiple small and large projects with high values and high risk.-
Provides leadership for the project team to ensure that the project
is delivered to specifications, on time and within budget.-
Develops innovative methodologies, techniques, and criteria for
projects.- Advanced knowledge of workflows and project mapping.-
Facilitates the tracking and resolution of issues impacting
