Job Description:
For Immediate Hire: Because we are growing, we are eagerly
seeking an experienced, mature and results-driven sales manager to
lead and grow our sales department. This is an excellent
opportunity for a sales leader who wants to find an organization
where you can find long-term career advancement and excellent
earning potential. However, before you apply, here are 5 things you
must understand about the job and the person we are looking for:-
You must be technically savvy. We are a VERY tech and data-driven
organization that heavily relies on automation systems to drive
performance. If you are not great with CRM systems, marketing
automation, spreadsheets and technology (in general), this is NOT a
good fit for you.- You must be highly organized and DETAIL
oriented. This position will require you to be able to pay
attention to a wide variety of details and metrics. If you're more
of a "big picture" person, you will fail miserably at this job -
and hate it. Of coures if you LOVE digging into details of
performance and metrics, process and proceedures, systems and
processes, this is a dream job.- You must have recently hired and
managed a high-performance sales team that has consistently hit
quota year after year. Please don't apply if you managed a "few"
people sometime in your past who "did okay," or you are hoping to
get experience at managing people. I am looking for someone with a
proven track record.- You must be religious about systems and
processes. We truly believe sales people perform best when given a
proven system for prospecting, qualifying and closing - and are
managed to follow that process. If you prefer the "free range
chicken" approach to management, and have never build a sales
playbook in your life, this is not the position for you.- You are
mature and professional. We believe a great sales manager is a
"pastor-parent" who earns the respect of their team by being a
champion for them, but also not tolerating bad behavior, excuses
and drama. Our organization works hard to uphold a no-drama,

is expected from everyone. We need a leader who is mature enough to
help uphold this culture. In this role you'll be working directly
with the CEO. Responsibilities will include growing the team
(finding and recruiting top performers), training and onboarding
new sales reps, managing and coaching our existing team to exceed
quota, building our sales playbooks and processes, working with the
marketing team to develop sales strategies to drive the company's
sales goals, preparing weekly reports for the CEO and managing
commission plans.As a full-time employee, you will qualify for
