You'll have the opportunity to put your best ideas to work and drive growth of the brand.Scope of RoleThis position will provide support to Sales and Broker teams; including internal and external Sales communications, new products, new customer set-up, ad hoc business analytics and reporting. This role will act as a Sales liaison with cross-functional team members in an effort to provide an excellent customer experience. This position will be the primary go-to for all Sales related issues and will help drive resolution with the appropriate parties. This role will be the primary point of contact with customers regarding day-to-day sales operational activities, i.e., ensuring that new customer purchase orders are accurate/complete as they transition into a RED'S® sales order, processing customer purchase order revisions across all internal touch points, and timely invoice/delivery discrepancy resolution. This role also supports invoice accuracy and resolution of logistics delivery challenges in effort to satisfy both external and internal expectations. Principal AccountabilitiesImprove current and create new processes/procedures to streamline operations and increase efficiencyCreate and maintain Sales support materials, broker and distributor contracts and other documentsServe as a resource and key member on various project teams leveraging knowledge of the sales cycle and business strategy to drive change.Collaborate with internal business partners to identify and resolve conflicts, ensuring a positive experience with Sales operationsSupport company-level strategic-setting and planning effortsProvide excellence communication accurately and timely to customers on order management including lead times to ensure customers' expectations are met and customer satisfactionCollaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Operations, Transportation and Finance to streamline customer interactionsMonitor and ensure timely processing of customer orders, changes, deductions, returns and invoicesAct as a point of expertise about RED'S® with new customers.Communicate expectations around orders, lead times, changes, etc.Serve as the subject matter expert on Customer Service systems, processes, and policies by creating an internal framework that supports Customer Service best practicesManage customer interactions regarding allocations of inventory when necessarySpecial projects and problem-solving initiatives, as assignedMission Critical CompetenciesDealing with AmbiguityCustomer FocusAction OrientedCollaboratesCommunicates EffectivelyKey Functional Skills/KnowledgeBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or equivalent3+ years of demonstrated experience in Sales Operations, Customer Service, or related fieldsHigh learning agility and advanced Excel skills desiredStrong oral and written communication skillsStrategic decision qualities in an ambiguous, fast-paced environmentExcellent attention to detailDemonstrated ability to consistently deliver results while balancing competing prioritiesStrong team player who can build relationships within all levels of the organizationThis role will require minimal travel, with a willingness to travel up to 10%Relocation support is not available for this position RED'S® All Natural LLC is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veterans.
