JOB DESCRIPTION SENIOR MANAGER, CORPORATE ACCOUNTING: DETAILS Title: Senior Manager, Corporate Accounting Location: Franklin TN Start Date: ASAP Pay Rate: $120K-130K + 15% Bonus Type: Direct Hire Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CT - Monday - Friday Remote: 100 % on-site. No remote functions REQUIREMENTS: SENIOR MANAGER, CORPORATE ACCOUNTING * Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field * 5-7 years of demonstrated progressive experience in a corporate accounting or similar environment * CPA license required * Supervisory experience required * Healthcare experience preferred * Strong communication, organizational and customer service skills

  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions Knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google SuiteOVERVIEW: SENIOR MANAGER, CORPORATE ACCOUNTING * Responsible for a set of accounting activities to ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles, policies and internal controls. * This individual will also directly manage the teams related to corporate fixed assets, payroll posting, daily key stats reporting and select shared service centers accounting functions.
    • Report to and work closely with the Director, Corporate Accounting and others in the organization in analysis and reconciliation of accounts and in development and implementation of accounting policies, procedures and controls.RESPONSIBILITIES: SENIOR MANAGER, CORPORATE ACCOUNTING * Manage the monthly financial close process for select shared service centers, including ensuring all costs incurred are properly recorded, reviewing journal entries, account balance reconciliations and report preparation * Prepare detailed journal entries and account analyses * Prepare summary reports of financial statement variances to budget * Participate in the ongoing development/establishment of fixed asset policies and procedures and operational strategies including the review and implementation of process and system changes * Detailed review of fixed asset support ensuring proper application of policies and procedures * Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance * Ensure compliance with internal control policies in a SOX environment * Actively review and maintain the crosswalk process between select support systems and the general ledger * Manage the escheatment process for our accounts payable and payroll checks * Manage the daily key stats report process which will include working with multiple departments plus the facilities to make sure that the report is accurate and distributed timelyBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
