Join us and start doing your life's best work.(sm)This role is responsible for supporting the operational execution for specific client projects and program across Medicare Advantage, ACA, and Medicaid programs. -Role includes vendor management, client performance accountability, and matrix team coordination. - You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.Primary Responsibilities:

  • Client Program Mgmt.: - Communicate to external client's key operational plans, impacts, and corresponding deliverables
  • Actively drive operational execution: including project plans, key deliverables, and identify escalation points -
  • Coordinate with clients, vendor, and leadership to support a program strategy for client goals -
  • Partner with vendor and clients and to develop operational plans -
  • Seek opportunities to improve operating efficiencies/effectiveness within operational and vendor processes
  • Assist with issue escalation resolution
  • Forecasting and capacity planning inputs
  • Provide system and process training to clients as needed
  • Attend weekly meetings with assigned clients to present program performance updates, key metrics, needed client action items, and document and respond to client communications
  • Review production reports to identify risk to meeting business objectives and compliance with client SLA's
  • Deliver and review reporting and metrics
  • Manage multiple retrieval projects with vendor to ensure retrieval goals are met within expected timeframe
  • Meet with retrieval vendor to review retrieval program and progress to goal as well as join ad hoc meetings
  • Partner with vendor in identifying and resolving risks to meeting business objectives and developing remediation You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:
    • 2+ years of experience in Project Management -
    • 2+ years of experience working in back-office business operations -
    • 1+ years of experience in direct external client interface, including escalation management - - - - -
    • 1+ years of experience in gathering and documenting requirements from the client/business - - -
    • Working knowledge of general medical record contents -
    • Proficient in MS Office (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) -
    • Experience understanding and analyzing complex operational processes -
    • Experience with process improvement, workflow, benchmarking, and evaluation of business processes -

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $79,700 to $142,600. The salary range for Connecticut/Nevada residents is $87,900 to $156,900.
