Job Summary
The Director of Resolutions will guide and develop the resolutions team, leading them as they continue Wesley's diligent commitment to our customers.

Responsibilities (included, but not limited to):
Oversee Resolutions team and the daily workflow of the department

Identify needs and develop organizational solutions to engage employees in an industry that is constantly evolving

Identify opportunities to help develop new training materials designed to ensure successful client onboarding and retention

Educate and train team members to better understand the "bigger picture" of the timeshare exit industry

Establish and track trends within the timeshare industry to help refine strategic objectives

Build a culture of high performance through coaching and training

Providing internal feedback on how we can better serve our clients

Ensure consistent messaging throughout the team

Establish standardized methods and procedures for delivery, execution, measurement and reporting of timeshare cancellations

Assist with interviewing, onboarding and new hire team placement

Collaborate with leaders from other departments

Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policies

Requirements:
Preferred 3-5 years of management experience

Proficient in Salesforce, Google Suite, Microsoft Office

Strong supervisory and leadership skills

Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and with a group in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

Schedule: 9:00 - 6:00 pm M-T; 9:00 - 3:00 F
