As a member of the Identity & Access Management Team, the Cyber
Security Engineer will be responsible for engineering new processes
and integrations within IAM space. This will include Identity
Management lifecycle, Access Governance, Federation, Multifactor
Authentication and Privileged Account Management technologies.

Summary:
As a member of the Identity & Access Management Team, the Cyber
Security Engineer will be responsible for engineering new processes
and integrations within IAM space. This will include Identity
Management lifecycle, Access Governance, Federation, Multifactor
Authentication and Privileged Account Management technologies. The
Security Services Cyber Security Engineer will also provide
engineering level support to operational support teams,
troubleshooting incidents to determine root causes, analyzing
processes to resolve problems and suggest improvements, working
independently and efficiently while also collaborating with team
members, and communicating with customers and co-workers in a
clear, professional manner. Additionally the Cyber Security
Engineer will be involved in all new application or application
conversion deployments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Manage, maintain, and support the Identity & Access Management
technologies. This includes installations, upgrades,
troubleshooting, and 3rd level support.
* Creation, management, and support of roles based access for the
applications integrated to the Identity Management System.
* Creation, management, and support of provisioning workflows in
the Identity Management System.
* Involvement in custom application connectors including
requirements gathering, design, development and implementation.
* Contribute to team efforts related to Federated SSO, Multifactor
Authentication, Active Directory integrations and Privileged Access
management.
* Create easily understood, useful documentation for processes and
solutions to be used by team members and end users.
* Identify problems or inefficiencies in current processes and
suggest modifications.

Required Education: High School diploma
Preferred Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cyber
Security, Computer Science, Information Systems (or other related
field) or equivalent work experience.
Required Experience:
* 2+ years of IT or Information Security
* Provided support to end users in a corporate information
technology or information security environment.
* Designed and implemented novel solutions to complex problems.
* Strong problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.
* Effective communication of technical concepts to a non-technical
audience
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Good time management and prioritization capabilities.

* Experience with automation.
* Technologies: ServiceNow, Active Directory, MFA, SFTP, AS400,
Health Management Systems, Identity Management, Palo Alto,
GoAnywhere and Ping Identity / SSO
Preferred License / Registration / Certification:
* Security+
* GSEC
* SSCP
* Any ITIL Certifications
