The Training Manager, Resolutions reports to the Director of Resolutions. The Training Manager designs, plans and implements training programs for the Resolutions team. This position collaborates with functional teams to assess ongoing and future training needs.Responsibilities (including, but not limited to): New Hire Training: New Hire Assessment, feedback during onboarding/initial training processMaintain new hire calendar and Resolution_Training Slack channelManage new hire expectations and build a foundation for successOversee continuing education training, manager and team lead trainingReview existing training programs; suggest enhancements and modifications to improve engagement, learning, and retention to meet the changing needs of the organizationEnsure training materials and programs are current, accurate, and effectiveResponsible for administering, overseeing and scheduling classes/seminars/1-on-1 workshops, with any employee and/or team, across the entirety of the Post-Sales operation Training centered on "universal skills" (ie: Salesforce, Zoom Phone, Gmail, Google Suites, QA Expectations, Customer Service Skills, De-Escalations, Organization, Time Management, etc.)Partner with the Client Retention team to identify training needs, hold classes and assist with coaching and education to mitigate risk and provide the best client experience across the department Partner with Wesley Financial Group departments outside of Resolutions to identify areas of training and create learning opportunitiesWork with Resolutions Leadership for ongoing creation/revision of the Training classroom for the Resolutions Department Track training data (previous/current/ongoing training needs and scheduled classes) and be prepared to provide this information upon request to DirectorsCreate class rosters and track attendanceProvide feedback to leaders about the outcome of any classes/seminars/workshops/etcRequirements:Minimum of 2 years in a training roleStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Ability to work under pressure, prioritize and manage the workload and simultaneous tasks and meet deadlines in a changing, fast-paced environmentAbility to work independently, autonomouslyFamiliarity with modern and traditional training methodsExcellent leadership and motivational skillsAbility to plan, manage time and multitask effectivelyAbility to present, facilitate, build and foster an inclusive learning environmentExperience with G-Suite and SalesforceSchedule: Monday - Thursday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM / Friday, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM Additional PERKS for being a Wesley Employee:Leadership training and advancement opportunitiesRobust employee recognition programsAbility to participate in company-wide community outreach programsCompetitive wages and bonusesFun engaging company-wide events and activitiesGenerous PTO9 paid holidays PLUS the workdays between Christmas and New Year's off2 floating holidaysGreat work/life balanceOpen communication - bi-weekly town hall meetingsSpirited and passionate team environment with members who display core values of teamwork and integrityComprehensive benefits package (medical, dental and vision plans, company paid short term disability, life insurance, parental leave and employer funded HSA)A welcome box of Wesley swagWesley is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
