Outpatient Imaging Affiliates (OIA) - a company that partners with
the nation's leading health systems to bring convenient and
high-quality imaging to communities across the country - is seeking
a high-performing, energetic and collaborative individual to join
our team to develop and manage our warm lead strategy. As OIA is
entering a period of rapid growth, this newly created position will
be part of the business development team, and will work with key
stakeholders across department lines to build and deploy email and
digital marketing campaigns, as we as develop other channels and
strategies for warm leads. You will partner with colleagues on
tactical campaign programs, intelligence reporting, and
opportunities to maximize campaign effectiveness. Using our growing
sales & marketing tech stack and team resources, you will design,
build, and deploy email campaigns, while leveraging additional
digital channels such as LinkedIn and social media. In addition,
you will be charged with crafting and managing non-digital
strategies to generate warm leads and build out the OIA brand in
the marketplace. Responsibilities:Help execute the strategic vision
for OIA's business development function by leveraging various
digital technologies including Salesforce, LinkedIn, Definitive
Healthcare and others.Provide expertise and input as active
participant of overall Business Development marketing campaigns
that include: digital objectives, strategies, and programs designed
to establish brand awareness, consideration and conversion tactics
to bring in new leads and push existing leads down the
funnel.Conduct research via digital tools and platforms (i.e.
target lists and segmentation, site traffic data, historical
campaign performance, competitive activity, etc.)Design, build and
implement multiple concurrent campaigns; execute the production of
new email campaigns, including building emails, asset and copy
coordination, QA and scheduling according to industry best
practices.Work with executive team to design, execute, and evolve
the reporting framework for campaigns that include opens, clicks,
conversions, unsubscribes, and other pertinent information.Set KPIs
and track and evaluate program/channel effectiveness using data and
insights; optimize current campaigns, including A/B testing and
reporting against goals.Follow QA process for all email campaigns
to ensure content is accurate, links are functional, and pages are
live.Develop and execute non-digital warm lead strategies (e.g.
conference strategy, internal campaigns, etc.)Build and maintain
target lists based on multiple prospect segmentations. Over time,
learn to develop complex user journeys using segmented target
lists, data triggers and automation workflows as OIA's technology
evolves Requirements: QualificationsBachelor's degree and 3-5 years
of lifecycle, CRM or digital marketing experience with a
corporation or advertising agency.Technical proficiency and
hands-on experience in email marketing, CRM and marketing
automation platforms including Salesforce.Demonstrated experience
building email marketing campaigns within a results-driven
framework. Working knowledge of HTML a plus.Ability to partner with
creative and IT teams in order to design and successfully launch
campaigns.Understanding of list hygiene and scrubbing, A/B testing
knowledge, and other email marketing best practices.Poise, energy,
and excellent project management and communication skills a must.
