Job Description: We are seeking a Digital Product Manager to join our Platform product team. This person will help define and execute the platforms digital strategy supporting all of Flexential's services. As a key member of the product management team you will have the unique opportunity to work with every other product in our portfolio to lead the development and implementation of innovative digital service that meet customer needs and drive business growth. Digital Product Manager is accountable for roadmap planning, revenue growth, attach rates, product experience and digital integration across an entire product platform. Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions

• Work closely with Product Development, Tech Services, Customer Experience (CX) and product teams to address customer needs and expand attachment rates and customer engagement.
• Participates in product demonstrations and forums, during product launch and throughout the product lifecycle.
• Develops training materials and product documentation to support go to market teams and our customers.
• Represent customers, users and business with Tech services development & QA teams.
• Responsible for portal roadmaps throughout the Portal lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements and feature requests
• Work with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new digital products
• Manage the digital portals including, checkout flows, landing pages and other self-service interfaces that drive customer acquisition
• Act as an interface and customer advocate to ensure customer, user and business needs are addressed with digital products and self-service featuresRequired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful digital products.
  • Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications
    • Familiarity with a customer facing portal or SaaS platform.
    • Familiarity with Data Centers and the colocation marketPhysical Requirements
      • Ability to sit for extended periods of time
      • Walk or Stand for 50% of the time
      • Moderate or advanced keyboard usage
      • Lift 10lbs.
      • Limited travel may be required Base Pay Range : Annualized salary range offered for this position is estimated to be ($120,000 - $145,000), however, the actual pay range depends on each candidate's experience, location, and qualifications. Variable Pay : Discretionary annual bonus, based on personal and company performance.
