team provides financial services primarily to high-net-worth
individuals and families, including financial planning, investment

Director of Marketing & Client Experience: We are seeking a highly
motivated, tactical, and strategic thinker and planner to join our
team. You will be instrumental in driving the firm's marketing
initiatives and enhancing client engagement through impactful
events and experiences. You are a resourceful creative thinker with
a passion for marketing, event planning, and client relationship
management driving new business development. You will report to the
Managing Director. Managerial responsibilities #LI-Onsite
What You'll Do:
- Manage our digital presence across different channels,
including website, social media, and email marketing to maintain a
consistent brand image, enhance brand visibility, and promote
client engagement
- Assist the Advisors/Partners and CEO in developing and
executing an annual marketing plan
- Lead the planning and coordination of multiple client events
designed to educate, entertain, and engage our clients
- Maintain weekly Market Update and monthly Twickenham Times
Newsletter
- Create, schedule, and implement social media posts
- Collaborate with Advisors/Partner and other team members to
ensure understanding of marketing efforts with business objectives
and client needs.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients
through personalized communication, feedback mechanisms, surveys
and tailored client experiences
- Help manage internal and external resources, including venues
and all event vendors needed for successful event
execution
- Oversee the development of all marketing collateral, including
event invitations, presentations, and promotional
materials
- Identify and follow through on Advisor and Firm industry
recognition opportunities (e.g., Barron's, Forbes, Advisors to
Watch, etc.)
- Aid in our organization of client data for marketing
campaigns
- Manage corporate sponsorships and partnerships, identifying
strategic opportunities to enhance brand visibility, community
engagement, and client acquisition efforts through collaboration
with external organizations and events.
- Coordinate client gifting initiatives, ensuring thoughtful
gifts are delivered to enhance client relationships
- Work a flexible schedule to meet client and event
demands
- Directly manage of all internal and external
communications
- Manage employee anniversary and birthday celebrations, ensuring
a positive and inclusive work culture that values and recognizes
team members' contributions.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or other related
fields
- 5+ years relevant experience in marketing, event planning, or
service-related roles with increasing levels of
responsibility
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including
website management, social media, and email marketing
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business
needs
- Enthusiastic and passionate about improving client experience
and engagement
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and
inspire cross-functional teams to achieve common goals
- Ambitious and proactive with a calm response to
pressure
- Strong project management and multi-tasking skills
- Able to work efficiently independently and as a core part of a
team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high
level of professionalism
- Salesforce, Clout and Wordpress experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
