a Financial Analytics Manager within PNC's Commercial Real Estate
Tax Credit organization, you will be based in PIttsburgh, Portland,
Louisville, Boston, Cleveland or Chicago. Other locations within
PNCs footprint will be considered.Job DescriptionManages the fund
modeling, forecasting and budgeting functions and understands the
tax ramifications of the various tax credit structures.Supervises
the forecast modeling of both lower tier equity and debt as well as
upper tier modeling including benefit schedules for quarterly
investor reporting. - - Also manages processes, procedures, quality
control, and related analytical functions for the LOB.Oversees fund
management functions and all processes related to the group
including analytical, forecasting and technical modeling functions.
Establishes best practices and administrative protocols.Supports
and collaborates with other departments within the LOB throughout
the life cycle of the transaction. This includes working with the
finance team to review tax returns, updating models for the asset
management team as needed, and advising the investor sales team on
most beneficial fund structures.Motivates and develops staff which
includes, acquiring top talent and managing - performance based
issues. Effectively plans, organizes, directs, analyzes and
evaluates staff and processes. Connects strategy to day-to-day
activities and updates the team on a - regular basisPNC Employees

Proven leadership experience with a moderate to large scope of
responsibility is required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable
combination of education, job specific certification(s), and
experience (including military service) may be

Salary: $100,000.00 - $266,500.00Salaries may vary based on
geographic location, market data and on individual skills,
experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the
payment based upon company, business and/or individual
