SCRI is looking for a Change Manager to join our Strategy and
Transformation team to help advance key business strategies. The
Change Manager will be responsible for supporting end-to-end change
management plans to effectively support complex projects and drive
colleague adoption of transformational change initiatives (people,
process, or technology changes) to achieve expected outcomes.The
Change Manager will collaborate closely with business leaders and
program managers to develop effective communications, trainings,
documentation, and other deliverables as defined by projects and as
needed for effective change management. As the Change Manager, you
will report to the Director of Strategy and Transformation and be
an integral part of SCRI's ever-evolving business.
Duties include but are not limited to:
