We are seeking a highly motivated Director of Strategic Partnerships to work in our Franklin, TN office. This position will report to the VP of Business Operations, Public Security and will work closely with the business development and senior management teams. This position will be a key part of IDEMIA s growth.

Essential Job Functions (includes but is not limited to):

* Develop partner networks and strategic partnerships in the U.S. using method driven approaches and processes to drive results through partnerships

* Develop and implement a partnership strategy to increase the reach and impact of our ongoing efforts in advancing IDEMIA s focus areas

* Coordinate the management and ongoing relationships with existing partners and where relevant, leverage those relationships to greater collective impact

* Conceptualize new strategic initiatives that could be built around or benefit from corporate or other partnerships

* Develop and manage events in support of IDEMIA s strategic initiatives

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure and execute business initiatives, lead analysis and develop and communicate final recommendations for growing partner relationships

* Develop systems and procedures in support of the identification, engagement and development of strategic partnerships

* Analyze and track key metrics to identify trends and highlight issues in customer needs and funding

* Project and promote IDEMIA business initiatives to new audiences and partners

* Develop and manage reporting and financial tracking of strategic partnership activities

* Deliver professional sales presentations to potential partner organizations with the ability to persuade and close business

* Research trends, competition and funding sources to strategically drive IDEMIA s business development pipeline

Note: In addition to the Essential Functions, also performs similar work-related duties as assigned.

Travel Requirement, Working Conditions and Physical Demands:

Travel requirement, such as:

* Occasional overnight travel as required; should not exceed 25% of the time

Working Conditions, such as:

* General office environment. The work area is adequately lighted, heated, and ventilated.

Physical Demands, such as:

* Office environment where the employee may sit comfortably to do the work. Some walking, standing, bending, reaching, and carrying of light items such as papers, books, small parts; driving an automobile, etc. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, and other office equipment.

* Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively via written or oral communication channels to customers, key stakeholders and all levels of management and executives

* Ability to multi-task assignments and prioritize workload accordingly in a fast-paced environment

* Efficient organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to demonstrate and follow through on deliverables

* Strong work ethic and the ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment

* Ability to be creative, take initiative, with a commitment to a speed wins philosophy

* Able to effectively develop strategic business objectives and influence others

* Must be highly collaborative, and be able to work collaboratively as part of a team, and as an individual contributor

* Must have a count me in , solve it attitude, and a value of accountability for the work, its quality and timeliness

* Ability to work at all levels in the organization, internally and externally. Strong networking abilities

Required Experience


* Bachelor s degree in Business or related field or a combination of education and experience that would enable performance of the full scope of the position.

* 10 - 12+ years of relevant experience in strategic sales or business development showing upward growth in a customer and consumer-facing business

* Prior experience working as part of a senior management team and leading organizational strategy

Must be United States citizen (dual citizenship may be allowed)
