Job Description:
JOB SUMMARY Perform EPSDT (Early Periodic Screening Diagnosis &
Treatment) exams in a school-based clinical setting. TYPICAL DUTIES
AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Determines and formulates health histories
and performs physical examinations. 2. Orders, interprets and
evaluates diagnostic tests to identify and assess client's clinical
status. 3. Conducts informative educational sessions with parents,
as necessary, to notify of any urgent findings. 4. Documents
medical records of client encounters. 5. Attends and actively
participates in staff development activities and staff meetings. 6.
Provide patient care in school based health clinics as directed,
including treatment of minor med. 7. Oversee daily vaccine
administration
