Adecco- Medical & Science is hiring for Certified and Licensed Pharmacist in Franklin, TN.A Pharmacist job opportunity in Franklin, TN is now available through Adecco Medical & Science. This is a contract position starting 1/4/21 and going through 5/26/21, but could get extended based on business needs. The work hours required will require flexibility to work rotating shifts between the hours of 8:00am and 8:00pm CST, Monday through Friday. Extended hours and occasional weekends may be required as needed.Responsibilities:--- Conduct comprehensive telephonic medication consultations that meet/exceed production & quality metrics.--- Complete a comprehensive medication review of prescription and non-prescription medications with emphasis on patient assessment and counseling, safe and effective use of medications, identification of potential drug interactions, and other related activities.--- Complete pharmacotherapy assessment of patients' claims, past medical history, and disease states.--- Assess patients for medication adherence barriers and develop a plan to maximize patients' medication success through improving or maintaining adherence to medications.--- Deliver high quality evidence-based therapeutic recommendations to providers.--- Follow all policies and procedures related to jobQualifications:--- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD--- Current and unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state where you are applying to work--- Strong knowledge of disease state management guidelines--- Experience working independently within a cross functional team environment--- Strong patient care and provider intervention experience--- Commitment to professionalism and a dedicated desire to advance patient care--- Excellent verbal and written communication skillsIf you are interested in this job opportunity, then please click APPLY NOW.
