  • You will monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions while maintaining accurate and detailed records
  • You will order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient's condition.
  • You will modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions.
  • You will consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
  • You will monitor all aspects of patient care in a collaborative multidisciplinary setting

    • RN licensure by Tennessee Board of Nursing or a Board of Nursing from a compact state.
    • BLS required
    • Must obtain ACLS within 6 Months of hire or transfer from non ICU area
    • CPI required within 6 months of hire and bi-annually
    • NIHSS Stroke online training required within 6 months of hire and maintained
    • Bachelor's degree is preferred
    • ACLS EP preferred
    • One to two years clinical nursing preferred
