No confusing 80/20 split - your base salary is YOUR base salary! In addition, we offer generous productivity bonuses that are paid out bi-weekly (earn up to $31K annually). Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k (with annual company match) all start within your first 30 days of employment. You can earn up to 160 hours (or 4 weeks) of PTO, plus 6 holidays. PTO hours do increase with years of service.
