Job Summary:We are seeking a Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers. Your role will involve communicating with customers, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for all.Responsibilities:- Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally- Maintain customer records and update information as necessary- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently- Utilize medical terminology to understand and analyze customer needsQualifications:- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Previous experience in customer service is preferred- Familiarity with medical terminology is advantageous- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions- Proficient in data entry and computer skillsJob Type: ContractPay: $17.00 - $17.90 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekSchedule:* 8 hour shiftAbility to Commute:* Franklin, TN 37064 (Required)Ability to Relocate:* Franklin, TN 37064: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In personby Jobble
