About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Cardiac Nephrology MedSurg team at TriStar Skyline Medical Center. As a valued member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.Responsibilities

• Deliver direct, evidence-based care to patients as directed by the physician or RN.
• Assist with procedures, monitoring, or other functions as directed.
• Perform lab and procedural tests within the LVN/LPN scope of practice, after demonstrating competency.
• Document the administration of care in the patient medical record in a timely and thorough manner.
• Serve as a resource to department staff, students and volunteers to help deliver quality patient care.Requirements
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
  • Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN / LVN)TriStar Skyline Medical Center is a 250+ bed facility that offers a comprehensive range of services, including a CARF accredited Inpatient Rehabilitation program and an ACS verified Level II Trauma Center.
