Job Summary We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse to work on an as-needed basis during night shifts in our Ortho/Spine unit. As a PRN nurse, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care while enjoying a flexible work schedule. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments on admission
• Develop individualized care plans based on patient needs
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Document patient information accurately and in a timely manner
• Facilitate staff development and maintain position-specific qualifications Requirements:
  • Current RN license in the state of Tennessee
  • BLS certification within 90 days of hire
  • Experience in orthopedics and spine care preferred
