We are currently seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive assessments and individualized treatment plans for our patients. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients' levels of function
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Participate in patient care conferences and program development
• Supervise support staff and assist in implementation of program development Qualifications/Licensure:
  • At least one (1) years' experience in occupational therapy
  • Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program
  • Current state licensure and driver's license
