*Job Overview:*Attalla Health & Rehab is seeking a dedicated Baylor Nurse to join our healthcare team. The Baylor Nurse will be responsible for providing nursing care to residents as prescribed by the physician and in accordance with standards of nursing practices and regulations, and as may be directed by the Director of Nursing or nursing department Manager.*Position Details:*This can be a Part-time Saturday & Sunday 7p-7a or a *fulltime,* *Saturday, Sunday, +1 additional 8hr shift Mon-Fri* . The shift need is on *night shift - 7pm -7am*.Attalla Health & Rehab offers *competitive pay, benefits, and bonuses & shift differential*!* *Pay* - Pay is $23-33/hour based upon years of experience.* *Benefits* - health, dental, vision, supplemental, and 401K.* *Bonuses & Shift Differential* - We offer baylor pay(+3 hrs for each 12hr w/e shift), birthday pay, holiday pay, and referral bonuses as well as shift differentials.*Duties*:* Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc, as necessary.* Develop work assignments, and/or assist in completing and performing such tasks.* Ensure that established policies and procedures, including dress codes, are followed by all departmental personnel.* Provide direct nursing care.* Chart nurses notes in an informative and descriptive manner that reflects the care provided to the resident, as well as the residents response to the care.* Perform routine charting duties as required and in accordance with established charting and documentation policies and procedures.
