Job Description:

One of our best clients is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join their clinical team on 3rd shift (overnights). In this role, you'll be responsible for providing direct patient care, supporting treatment plans, and monitoring patient safety throughout the night. This is an excellent opportunity for an LVN who thrives in a structured, purpose-driven environment and has a heart for mental health care.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitoring patients for changes in condition and report to the RN or provider on duty.
• Documenting care accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supporting crisis intervention efforts as needed.
• Maintaining patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA standards.Qualifications:
  • Current LVN/LPN license in the state of Tennessee (Required).
  • Previous experience in mental health or behavioral health settings preferred.
  • Strong observational and critical thinking skills.
  • Comfortable working overnight shifts independently or as part of a team.
  • CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
