Job Description & Requirements - Specialty:Cardiac Stepdown - Discipline:RN - Start Date:07/06/2025 - Duration:13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift:12 hours, nights - Employment Type:Travel Title:Registered Nurse (Cardiac Tele/Stepdown) Ratios: - Cardiac Stepdown: 1:4–5 - Telemetry: 1:5–6 Blended Acuity:Mix of med-surg, telemetry, and step-down (telemetry is primary) Requirements: - Experience:Minimum 1 year of TELE required - Certifications:BLS, ACLS, NIHSS (all required in hand) Required Skills: - Manage & titrate cardiac drips - Dysrhythmia interpretation & management - Pre/Post Cardiac Cath & Angiogram care - Post-MI care - Blood product administration - Chest tube management (Emerson/Pleur-evac) - CVA management - High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC) - ABG interpretation - Oxygen delivery systems: nasal cannula, face masks, portable tanks - Some Art Line management (preferred) "HCRR JG GM -" About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
