TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Hermitage, Tennessee, 37076! Pay Information $1,831 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Med Surg Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Active RN License Certifications: Required certifications Description: This is a Med Surg RN position on the 5th floor of the main campus. The unit has 33 beds and a patient ratio of 6:1 during days and 7:1 during nights. Each shift is supported by 3 techs and unit secretaries on day shift. Equipment used includes IVs, Kangaroo pumps, and SCDs. Documentation is managed through Meditech. Scheduling requires availability for every other weekend. There is a floating policy that requires staff to float to other appropriate areas as needed. Candidates must possess advanced skills relevant to Med Surg nursing. Additional certifications may be required based on patient needs. The dress code will adhere to unit-specific guidelines. Successful candidates will be part of a dedicated team focused on patient-centered care and excellence.
